Pro-forma orders can be cancelled up until payment is made. Orders for plain stock can be cancelled or returned for a refund within 14 days of order. Please see condition 15 of the Terms and Conditions for Foodstuffs, Liquids and Drinkware. Additional policies for cancellations and returns may be in effect during Epidemic and Pandemic restrictions brought on by Government guidance. These will be highlighted on the website.
Plain stock items sourced from overseas, or items that have been custom made, cannot be returned.
Returning your items
Promerch World Ltd and its associated companies want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you have received any goods that you are dissatisfied with and you wish to return your items, please contact the sales team to let them know within 2 days of receiving your order. The team will let you know the next steps and help you with your return.
If your order consists of multiple items, the 2 days return period runs from when you receive the last batch of goods.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Goods that are found not to be faulty will be returned to you at your cost.
All printed stock is non-returnable. Due to the bespoke nature of the print, these items are considered as personalised goods and cannot be re-sold.
Damaged or Faulty Orders
For orders which have been damaged in transit you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. For any orders deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 5 working days of receiving the items.
Receiving your refund
All refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned goods. If the products are deemed to be damaged and unsaleable, the goods will be returned to you and the refund forfeited.
If there is a print error deemed to be our fault, we will offer to re-print the products or provide a refund. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the items prior to you returning them to us and if any liability is agreed.
