What types of promotional products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of branded Drinkware, promotional Pens, printed Bags and custom Apparel with many more types and styles of merchandise products. We also a offer a bespoke service to source and manufacture anything that will complete your project.

Can I see a proof of my design before ordering?  

Yes, We send you a full 3D visual for you to approve before ordering.

How does the ordering process work?

From your point of enquiry, one of our Team will contact you to discuss your project. We will then provide you with your quote and visual mock up. If you are happy with the design we will then ask you for your approval and place the goods on order. If you work on a PO system then simply provide the PO number and we will complete the order for you. For new customers we will require your full Company details and a credit check may be necessary dependent on the size of order. Once the order is placed we will deliver to your chosen delivery address in the lead time stated.We offer credit on 30 day terms. Plain stock items are required to be placed on a proforma basis and payment is required before the release of goods.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ is determined by the product and can be as low a single item. Generally, the MOQ for most items is 25. Please note that the smaller the quantity, the higher the individual unit price.

What file formats do you accept for logos and designs?

We accept High resolution PDF, .AI .EPS and .PNG files. JPEG files cannot be used.

Do you offer bulk pricing or discounts?

We offer price breaks based on higher volumes. These price breaks are applied at the following volumes: 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000. For larger quantities, depending on the type of goods, we can quote for much higher quantities.

Can I order a sample before making a large purchase?

Yes you can. We offer free promotional product samples up to a product value of £5. Anything over this price we may charge for the sample but will refund the amount at the point of bulk order. We offer printed samples that will be charged for dependent on the item requested.

What is the turnaround time for orders?

Lead times vary depending on the goods purchased. Standard lead times are 2 to 7 days. For some large, overseas or bespoke orders, the lead times can be 30-45 days.

What are the shipping options and costs?

Standard shipping is free of Charge. If an express shipment is requested, we will let you know the cost in advance via a quotation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally. Please note that you will be liable for additional VAT and Duty at the rate applied for the Country of delivery. This will be given to you at the point of quotation.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

We will endeavor to help you if you need to change your order. We hold a cut-off of 24 hours for amendments. Outside of this window we will not be able to change your order.

What is your return policy for branded products?

We offer a Returns Policy for your goods but please be aware that due to the nature of the bespoke print we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the product or print. Please refer to our Returns Policy at the footer of our website.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Wire Transfer and Credit Card. For American Express a 3.5% charge will be applied to the total of your invoice.

Can I customise my product with different colours and styles?

Yes you can. We offer full colour printing to the majority of our portfolio. There may be instances where the product chosen may be limited to a 1 or 2 colour print. This does not apply to laser engraving. Speak to our team and we can advise on the best print method for your needs.

Can I mix and match products in a single order?

Yes you can. You can choose multiple items for your project. You can even mix and match the product colours where available.

What types of branding techniques do you use?

We offer Digital Printing, Pad Printing, Laser Engraving, Debossing, Doming, Transfer Printing, Dye Sublimation and DTG Printing. This all depends on the product chosen which will determine the print type.

Can I order branded merchandise for an event on a specific date?

Yes. Let us know your date and address and we will deliver as requested.

Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable merchandise options?

Yes. eco-friendly or sustainable merchandise has the biggest growth of our portfolio, and we have a whole category dedicated to this area.

Can I order branded products in different sizes?

Yes. Some products are available in different sizes and our Apparel has a full-size range to include Baby, Junior and Child sizes.

Do you provide packaging for the branded products?

Yes. Most of our products are supplied boxed which can also be branded. In addition, we offer bespoke printed packaging for our goods.

Do you offer promotional product sets or bundles?

Yes. We have a range of sets in our portfolio. In addition, we have our MerchBox offering where you can choose items to be placed in a bespoke printed box.

How do I track my order?

We will provide you with the delivery date of your goods. Once we are in receipt of the tracking, we will send this to you.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

We will send you the Order Confirmation once your order is placed.

Can I order if I don't have a finalised logo yet?

Yes. We can place the order for you and wait for your design to be sent to us. You will then need to approve the artwork before the order scheduled.

Can I re-order a previous design?

Yes. We hold the artwork on file and you can place a repeat order with us as many times as you like. We will still ask for your approval of the visual before we place the order incase anything has changed from your last purchase.

Are there setup fees for orders?

No. We do not charge for set up.

What if I receive damaged or incorrect items?

In the event of any breakages, product failures or incorrect deliveries you must notify us within 24 hours. We will ask you for photographic evidence in the first instance. We will assess the details and if we deem fit, reprint and replace the goods. We will arrange collection and reimbursement if required. Please also see out Returns Policy.

Do you offer express printed services?

Yes. We offer an Express service. This is dependent on the product, available print schedule and stock availability.

Can I use different logos in the same merchandise order?

Yes. Pricing may vary if the logo has a different print requirement. i.e a full colour design will be more expensive than a 1 colour print.

What's the resolution needed for the logo or design?

We ask for 300dpi.

Can I have a logo on both sides of the product?

Yes. This is dependent on the capability of the item being able to have a 2 sided or multiple print area.

Do you offer seasonal or themed branded products?

Yes. Please see our categories on the website.

Can I choose the location of my logo on the product?

Yes. Please note that our products will have a predetermined print area, but you can choose to have your print anywhere in this area. Print areas are subject to the capability of the printing machines, the substrate of the product and shape of the product.

Can I select the colour of my logo on the product?

Yes. We offer the print to be a high percentage of any Pantone or CMYK colour. This does not apply to laser engraving.

Can I get a tax exemption for my order?

Yes. Please provide us with your certificate or details for the exemption.

Do you comply with safety standards for your products?

Yes. Our products are CE and/BS certified. All of our products have datasheets and certificates available on request.

Can I place an order by phone or email?

We can only accept an order via an email or in writing.

Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes. Please note that if you lead time for your goods is 2 days we will need you to provide the change of address within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do you offer branded merchandise for specific industries?

Yes. Our experienced Team can work with you to provide the goods specific to your industry.

Can you assist with logo design?

Yes. We provide a design service free of charge.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please note that due to the bespoke nature of printed goods
we will charge a cancellation fee.

Do you have a privacy policy for customer information?

Yes. We comply with the UK GDPR rules and you can read our policy accessed in the footer of our website.

What if my logo has multiple colours?

We offer digital printing that will allow for multiple colours, or, full colour print. Some products are unable to have this type of print but our experienced Team will advise you at point of enquiry for the goods that are able to have a full colour print.

Do you have a loyalty or referral program?
